Stayed nearby and came in because it was convenient. Had no idea what we were in for. My family was blown away by this place! The menu is so unique and the server explained the best ways to eat things. The crunchy spicy tuna was amazing! The fish in the soup melted in your mouth. There was so much depth in flavors. I wish we weren’t from out of town. I’m beyond impressed and for the quality of what I was served the prices are more than reasonable. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely the best meal we ate on our trip. The best sushi experience I’ve ever had. You can tell they’re passionate about what they’re serving.

This place was pretty great in the sense of food and service. The service was top notch, their handrolls were divine and makis were very flavorful. The place is a somewhat small so definitely make a reservation to avoid a wait. They do charge a service fee plus 18% gratuity fee so keep that in mind. We were only 2 people and still had the fee. I do wish the volume and their music choice was different, most of the time I barely heard it since it was very low and their playlist sounded like elevator music. Every now and then there was a trendy song but definitely would have loved a more energetic environment. Overall, I did enjoy my meal and drinks. They even went above and beyond to celebrate my promotion by giving us free wine!

My husband and I came from out to town. We’ve never done omakase before and we stumbled on this place. The entire restaurant was aesthetically pleasing. The omakase experience was 100/10. Miel and Chef Beck were very entertaining and highly personable. We would drive 5 hours just to come dine here again.

Loved the atmosphere, the food, and our server Josh. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and guided us to the right items to order. The tako hush puppies were delicious! The hand rolls were good but small. Highly recommend the CrabWagyu and crunchy shrimp roll and eel unagi. Will definitely be back!

We recently enjoyed an omakase experience that exceeded our expectations! Michael the chef was incredible, even engaging with the kids throughout the meal. The food was fantastic, and the cocktails and sake pairings were perfectly on point. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome, and the whole family had a wonderful time!

Sushi Saint just became one of my favorite spots in Orlando. The quality is top-tier—every hand roll is fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. You can tell they care about the details, from the rice to the nori. It’s casual but elevated in all the right ways.

I took my husband here to celebrate his 30th birthday and it did not disappoint. We sat at the bar and loved the whole experience! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and super helpful. The chef behind the counter told us that the avocado temaki is the most underestimated menu item and I have to agree. We ordered one on his recommendation and it was one of our favorite bites of the night. We got the szechuan cucumbers, the tuna sampler, a few of the temaki, a wagyu roll, and a couple of cocktails. (Full disclosure: if you get the szechuan cucumbers, you might fall in love with the sauce and continue to crave it every day for weeks after you have it. You might even try to recreate it in your own kitchen 3 times because you live 1hr away but you just can't get the balance right. So now here you are sad, your kitchen is messy, and you are still craving that sauce that is forever out of reach....until your next visit 3 months from now.) Everything was fresh, well-balanced, and delicious!!! We will definitely be back!
